II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Ray Friesen …, a Canadian citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  His body was found in the stage area of the chapel.  He was identified from dental records.  He was 76 years old.

This agrees with the other official reports.

Summary: The Inquest Certificate states:

  • Could not be determined
