II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Yvette Fagan, a British citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  Her body was found in the hallway near the men's quarters.  Her body was identified from dental records.  She was 30 years old.
