Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death
• "Global charring" happens after death and would not be a cause of death

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Katherine Andrade, a Canadian citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  Her body was found in the bunker.  She was identified from dental records.  She was 24 years old.

Summary and Comment: The Inquest Certificate states:

• Cause of death: Smoke inhalation, carbon monoxide poisoning, global charring.
