II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Alrick Bennett …, a British citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  His body was found on top of the bunker.  He was identified from dental records.  He was 35 years old.

Summary and Comment: The Inquest Certificate states:

• Cause of death:
  • Inhalation of smoke & carbon monoxide with extensive charring
• Manner of death:
  • Could not be determined; Amended 11-24-93
