Summary: The autopsy report states:

• Inhalation of smoke with presence of carbon deposits in trachea and proximal left bronchi
• Global charring with extensive body mutilation
• No evidence of gunshot wounds
• Cause of death:
  • Extensive thermal injuries with charring due to fire

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Rebecca Saipaia … died of burns from the fire.  Her body was found on top of the bunker.  She was identified from dental records.  She was 24 years old.
