• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Neal (sic) Vaega … died of a gunshot wound of the head.  His body was found on top of the bunker.  His body was identified from dental records.  He was 36 years old.
