• Asphyxiation (smoke, carbon, and carbon monoxide)
• Extensive charring with body mutilation and traumatic amputations
• No discernible gunshot wounds
• No natural disease processes identified
• Cause of death:
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation due to fire
  • Extensive charring

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Pablo Cohen …, an Israeli citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation. His body was found on top of the bunker. His body was identified from dental records. He was 28 years old.
