• Gunshot wound of back, wound track through left lung and heart
• Occipital calvarial defect consistent with exit gunshot wound
• Penetrating injury of left anterior chest
• Inhalation of carbon monoxide
• Global charring with extensive body mutilation
• Cause of death:
  • Gunshot wound of back

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Mary Jean Borst … died of a gunshot wound of the back.  Her body was found in front of the bunker.  She was identified from dental records.  She was 39 years old.
