The phenomenon was noted on some reports, such as MC Doe 66, with the words: "this body originally emanated from commingled remains formerly annotated as MC 64-68C." • Necropsy and scene evidence of overlay
• Traumatic fractures
• Crush injuries of left leg and right second and third ribs
• Global charring with partial body mutilation
• Most of the head and face are missing (pg. 7)
• The skin, neck organs, thoracic, and abdominal organs are badly decomposed (pg. 3)
• The remains are intermingled with remains of other people (pg. 3; see also MC Doe 66)
• Cause of death:
  • Suffocation due to overlay and burial in structural collapse

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Rachel Koresh was buried alive inside the bunker.  She died of suffocation.  Her body was identified from dental records.  She was 23 years old.
