was part of a commingled mass of dismembered and decomposed bodies described in the exhibit, Dismembership and Agglutination. The phenomenon was noted on some reports, such as MC Doe 66, with the words: "this body originally emanated from commingled remains formerly annotated as MC 64-68C." Summary: The autopsy report states:

• Child, 2.5 Yr.
• Fragmentary human child remains consisting of the pelvis, legs, and feet of a child (pg. 3), mingled with parts of other bodies (see MC Doe 66)
• Soft tissues are markedly decomposed and liquified (pg. 3)
• Global charring with extreme body mutilation
• No residual evidence of traumatic injury
• These incomplete human remains are reserved for possible association with other separately discovered remains
• Cause of death:
  • Undetermined (cannot rule out trauma, asphyxia or suffocation)

Comment:

• "there are no signs of trauma within the body" (pg. 3) —the statement is true only if one ignores the gross mutilation of the body
• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 67, a two year old child (sex undetermined), died of uncertain causes, probably trauma, asphyxia, or suffocation.  The body was found in the bunker.
