• Focal charring and somatic fragmentation
• No discernable gunshot wounds
• Secondary, postmortem explosive phenomena
• Nearly complete skull (pg. 3)
• No pelvic girdle or lower extemities (pg. 3)
• long bones are denuded of flesh (pg. 3)
• Marked decomposition (pgs. 1, 4)
• Cause of death:
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation
  • Focal charring

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 69, a one year old baby (sex undetermined), died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  The body was found in the bunker.

III. Inquest certificate

Summary and Comment:

• The Office of Justice of the Peace did not include an inquest certificate for Mt. Carmel Doe 69. Instead, it noted on the County ID List, "Same as MC #67-5, A1," which was identified as Bobbie Layne ("Howell") Koresh.
