• Asphyxiation (smoke, carbon, carbon monoxide)
• Focal charring
• No evidence of gunshot wounds
• Disarticulated skull and mandible, and missing parts of extremities (pg. 3)
• Advanced postmortem decomposition, heavily infested with maggots
• Cause of death:
  • Inhalation of smoke and carbon monoxide due to fire
  • Focal charring

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Michelle Jones … died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  Her body was found in the bunker.  She was identified from dental records.  She was 28 years old.
