• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas states: (cached)

• Branch Davidians Killed During February 28 Shootout ... Winston Blake; Blake died of a high velocity, close range entry gunshot wound of the head.  His body was identified from dental records.  He was 28 years old.

  • Craniocerebral trauma due to high velocity gunshot wound of head
• Manner of death:
  • Non criminal homocide
