• Large caliber semi-jacketed hollow point projectile recovered

• Cause of death:
  • Craniocerebral trauma due to gunshot wound of head

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary: The DOJ Report states:

• Branch Davidians Killed During February 28 Shootout … Jaydean Wendel … died of a gunshot wound of the chest.  Her body was identified from dental records.… She was 34 years old.

Comment:

• The FBI misrepresents Jaydean's death. The autopsy report states Jaydean died of a gunshot wound to the top of her head. See especially Page 6 of the report showing a diagram of the bullet's trajectory.

  Jaydean's corpse is evidence that armed aircraft fired into the roof of Mt. Carmel Center, as witnesses have repeatedly affirmed.

• Manner of death:
  • Non criminal homocide
