Summary: The autopsy report states:

• Gunshot wound of head
• Intrauterine pregnancy (16-18 week fetus recovered)
• No evidence of inhalation of smoke or carbon monoxide
• Cause of death:
  • Gunshot wound of head
  • Fetal death (intrauterine fetal demise) due to maternal death

Comment:

• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment:

Instead, the Dept. of Justice Report lists "Doe 47A", which McLennan County does not list in any of the official documents sent to the Museum.  Of Doe 47 A, the Dept. of Justice Report states:

• Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire: Doe 47A, a 22-28 year old male, died of a gunshot wound of the head.  His body was found in the bunker.
